Oversee all conference details — from ordering and inventory to vendor coordination and on-time delivery

Serve as the primary liaison between Kipu and conference organizers, ensuring seamless communication and execution

Manage Kipu’s conference staff registration, travel, and logistics

Identify and manage speaking opportunities, collaborating with the marketing team to prepare and submit proposals

Plan and execute high-impact networking events that enhance brand presence and deepen relationships

Ensure Kipu’s onsite team is equipped with sales enablement tools and materials

Manage all event tasks and timelines in Asana to ensure clear ownership and accountability

Track and analyze post-event performance, focusing on engagement and MQL generation

Partner with the demand generation team to develop and deploy event-related mass communications

Ensure smooth post-event follow-up, combining automation and personalized outreach to maximize ROI

Be ready to tackle onsite challenges with professionalism, agility, and grace
