Responsibilities
Management of complex calendar and scheduling to support teams in multiple global locations and time zones
Manage expense reports and domestic/international travel
Update weekly creative trackers
Organize, execute, and assist with team activities (e.g. staff meeting agendas, all-hands meetings, off-sites, and team social events)
Understand business priorities and proactively look for ways to improve processes to create efficiency
Plan the annual calendar and facilitate the integration/prioritization of business activities
Build strong connections with Executive Assistants within our team, across the company, and among our external partners
Track and help drive completion of key deliverables and follow up on outstanding items
Act as a liaison for direct reports
Management of team space, including moves, decoration, and reconfiguration
Work closely with the leadership team, recruiting and other Executive Assistants to provide support to the organization
Organize awards submissions and tracking
Track creative agencies and databases
Support special projects as the business need arises
Have fun and help others on the team do the same
Qualification
Required
Experience with executive level calendar management
Experience with Microsoft Office products and applications
Experience with domestic or international travel coordination
Experience in the entertainment industry
1+ years experience as an executive assistant, coordinator, or similar role
Preferred
Bachelor's degree or equivalent
Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or equivalent
