Responsibilities
Foster and maintain strong relationships with retailers, distributors, and customers
Expand the Avro community through retail placements and marketing initiatives
Collaborate on marketing initiatives to increase community
Help develop creative strategies to highlight Avro's unique benefits to our customers
Represent Avro at trade shows, events and promotional activities to generate leads and increase visibility (this may include work outside of normal business hours or on weekends)
Support marketing efforts with social media insights, content ideas and customer feedback
Work closely with internal teams to align marketing and sales efforts with overall company goals
Qualification
Required
Proven experience as a Sales Representative, preferably in the beverage, wellness, natural products or consumer goods industry
A passion for health, wellness and sustainability
Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques and best practices
Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach and a strong sense of accountability
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team
Proficient in using CRM software, Microsoft Office and other sales tools
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory and work evening or weekend hours as needed
Preferred
Bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, communications or a related field preferred
