Responsibilities
Interact across departments to promote a better customer experience throughout the servicing process
Process borrower payments
Process FHA Transfers, PMI Transfers, and Flood Certificate Transfers
Reconcile purchase advices and interact with investors accordingly
Process insurance mail
Process escrow disbursements for taxes and insurance
Show excellent customer service, handling inbound phone calls and emails from customers
Provide necessary mortgagor loan data and/or documents to subservicer
Support the Accounting department with remittance reconciliation research
Maintain knowledge of industry regulations and guidelines
Qualification
Required
Experience in mortgage servicing and banking operations is recommended
Strong customer service background
Detail-oriented with the ability to analyze information
Excellent written and oral communication
Proficiency in Microsoft Office with a focus on Excel
