Responsibilities

Lead the creation and maintenance of strategic plans for global sites, ensuring alignment with business needs and long-term objectives

Analyze portfolio performance and identify opportunities for optimization, consolidation, or expansion

Provide guidance and support to project teams. Exhibit strong leadership and team management skills

Partner with Global Project Management team to ensure strategic alignment in site selection and project execution

Work closely with the Global Services team to ensure operational efficiency and service delivery supports portfolio goals

Collaborate with Finance and Technical Accounting to support financial modeling, forecasting, and budget planning

Prepare executive summaries and strategic presentations for senior leadership

Support the Sr. Director in presenting portfolio strategies, business cases, and budget proposals to executive stakeholders

Assist in the development of OPEX and CAPEX budgets related to the global facilities portfolio

Monitor and report on budget performance, identifying forecasts, risks, and opportunities

Partner with Global Real Estate Broker for Mark-to-Market and Portfolio/Location Quality Index updates

Conduct in-depth analysis of financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement. Utilize data analytics to inform strategic decisions, including space utilization, lease management, and cost efficiency

Develop and maintain financial models to support strategic initiatives and business cases

Maintain dashboards and reporting tools to track key performance indicators
