Responsibilities

Drive Revenue and Pipeline Growth
Own the full sales lifecycle for OneStream services including prospecting, qualifying, presenting, solutioning, negotiating, and closing
Develop a territory and account plan focused on mid-market and enterprise clients
Build a strong pipeline through outbound outreach, networking, referrals, and collaboration with OneStream practice leaders
Partner with Thought Logic’s practice area leaders and business development leaders to continue to grow managed accounts
Deliver against revenue targets of 3 to 5 million dollars annually
Continue to grow and develop Thought Logic’s professional network throughout the market
Engage and Influence Senior Finance Leaders
Lead discovery conversations with CFOs, Controllers, FP&A leaders, and IT partners to understand challenges across close, planning, forecasting, reporting, and data
Translate business and technical needs into clear OneStream value propositions
Conduct presentations and demos with support from the delivery team when needed
Collaborate with Delivery Teams
Partner with OneStream architects, consultants, and project leaders to shape proposals, estimates, and delivery approaches
Ensure smooth transitions from sales to delivery with clear expectations and predictable outcomes
Contribute to OneStream Go-to-Market Strategy
Share market insights and competitive intelligence to refine positioning and offerings
Support the broader EPM growth strategy through events, the OneStream partner channel, and unique marketing efforts

Qualification

OneStream sales experienceEnterprise software sellingEPMCPM solutionsCRM tools proficiencyRelationship buildingCommunication skillsPresentation skills

Required

Five or more years of enterprise software, EPM, or CPM solution selling experience, preferably with OneStream
Track record of achieving multi-million-dollar annual quotas in a hunter role
Strong understanding of selling and working through the OneStream partner channel
Ability to lead complex sales cycles with senior stakeholders
Strong communication, presentation, and relationship building skills
Experience using CRM tools for pipeline management and forecasting
Ability to sell within a consulting and finance transformation environment
