NuStar Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced ServiceNow IRM Developer to join their team. The role involves designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining robust Integrated Risk Management solutions on the ServiceNow platform, while collaborating with various stakeholders to enhance the organization's risk posture and ensure regulatory adherence.

Responsibilities

Lead the development, configuration, and customization of ServiceNow IRM modules, including Advanced Risk, Audit Management, Policy and Compliance Management, Vendor Risk Management (VRM), Regulatory Change Management, and Business Continuity Management (BCM)

Design and build IRM workflows, scoring methodologies, entity scoping, and Risk Assessment Methodologies (RAM)

Configure and customize functional data such as Notifications, Service Level Agreements (SLAs), and reporting

Develop and manage script objects like Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Policies, UI Actions, Client Scripts, Access Control Lists (ACLs), and Flows/Workflows

Set up and manage integrations between ServiceNow IRM and other internal/external systems using various methods (e.g., REST/SOAP APIs, Integration Hub, MID Server)

Perform data imports and exports, ensuring data integrity and alignment with IRM processes

Collaborate with cross-functional teams, product managers, and stakeholders to gather and prioritize business requirements for IRM solutions

Participate in requirements workshops, design sessions, and sprint planning

Provide technical expertise and guidance on ServiceNow IRM capabilities and best practices

Hands-on experience of working on the IRM Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and Common Service Data Model (CSDM) capabilities

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into solutions

Provide technical expertise in troubleshooting and resolving application issues
