They are seeking a Mechanical VDC Designer - Process Piping who will be responsible for designing process piping projects and managing the development of 3-dimensional BIM models.

Responsibilities
Prepares ductwork and piping drawings for field coordination as per accepted industry construction standards and project specification in consultation with field foreman and project managers
Coordinates ductwork and piping layouts with other trades on the project to ensure proper fit
Work with foremen and shop personnel in the production of shop level drawings for use in prefabrication
Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned
Qualification
Required
At least 2 years with developing 2D and 3D drawings
2-year associates degree in drafting design or 4 years' equivalent experience in mechanical trades
Analytical skills, knowledge of construction industry software programs
Comfortable working in a team environment with multiple ongoing projects
