Responsibilities
Own end-to-end conversion activities including data mapping, cleansing, migration, and validation
Develop conversion plans, timelines, and risk mitigation strategies aligned with client objectives
Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for conversion processes, advising clients on best practices and operational readiness
Collaborate with client teams to understand legacy systems and ensure accurate data transformation
Perform detailed data analysis, reconciliation, and validation to guarantee integrity and completeness of migrated data
Identify and resolve conversion-related issues promptly, ensuring minimal disruption to client operations
Partner with Product, QA, and Implementation teams to align conversion deliverables with overall project goals
Provide feedback for product enhancements related to conversion tools and processes
Create comprehensive documentation for conversion processes, mapping specifications, and validation reports
Deliver structured progress updates and issue tracking to stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in finance, Accounting, Computer Science, or related field
12+ years in conversion/migration projects within asset servicing or trading back-office environments
Proven track record of managing large-scale conversions for major administrators or financial institutions
Strong knowledge of InvestOne or similar investment accounting platforms
Proficiency in SQL, data mapping, and reconciliation tools
Deep understanding of trading, asset servicing, and back-office operations
Exceptional communication, client-facing, and problem-solving abilities
Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
Preferred
Experience with conversion accelerators, automation tools, and data transformation frameworks
Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements in asset servicing
Prior experience in Professional Services or consulting environments
