IT Business Analyst-HR CODE - RV
S2 IT Group LLC is seeking an IT Business Analyst to help migrate legacy Oracle HRMS systems to a cloud-based Workday HRMS system. The role involves gathering requirements, implementing testing strategies, and configuring various HR modules while collaborating with the business team and HR to enhance Workday functionality.

Responsibilities
Gather Requirements, define business process to migrate legacy Oracle HRMS systems to cloud based Workday HRMS system
Implement testing strategies, configure various modules such as Core HR, Benefits, Compensation, Absence, Payroll, Recruiting and Talent Acquisition
Design, configure, automate business processes using TOSCA to enhance current application systems which include Hire, Change Job, Termination, Propose Compensation etc
Strong knowledge in developing Custom Reports, Advanced Reports using Report writers
Build custom integrations (Inbound/Outbound) via core connectors and EIBs
Manage integration using Calculated Fields, EIB, Document Transformation, Workday Connector, XML, XSLT, Web Services technologies
Use EIB's and iLoad to load the new data, changes to the existing data in the tenant
Good knowledge on MuleSoft integration to integrate third-party system with client workday system using CCW (Inbound and Outbound)
Work with business team to review report requirements, deliver Knowledge transfer on developed reports directly to the client
Prepared Test cases, user acceptance test cases, bug fixing
Collaborate with HR to create and maintain Workday Roadmap with intent to extend value of Workday functionality and new capabilities
Keep the team up to date with Workday releases, via release notes, schedule internal release review meetings to understand changes and new functionality
Qualification
Required
Master's Degree in Information Technology or Equivalent
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted
Strong knowledge in developing Custom Reports, Advanced Reports using Report writers
Good knowledge on MuleSoft integration to integrate third-party system with client Workday system using CCW (Inbound and Outbound)

Experience in using EIB's and iLoad to load new data and changes to existing data in the tenant
Experience in preparing test cases, user acceptance test cases, and bug fixing
Experience in collaborating with HR to create and maintain Workday Roadmap
Ability to keep the team up to date with Workday releases, via release notes, and schedule internal release review meetings
