Architecture & Planning
Responsibilities
Assist in developing construction drawings and specifications under the direction of senior staff
Support coordination efforts with consultants, contractors, and client representatives
Provide drafting, modeling, and visualization support using Revit, Photoshop, and Enscape
Help track project schedules, progress, and deliverables assigned
Participate in design reviews, quality assurance and quality control checks, and document preparation to ensure consistency and accuracy
Attend client and consultant meetings with senior staff; assist in documenting outcomes and next steps
Contribute to site visits by assisting with field observations and report preparation
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Bachelor or Master's degree in architecture required by hire date
Proficiency in Revit is required
Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines
Desire to grow knowledge of building systems, construction processes, and codes
Strong communication, teamwork, presentation, graphics, and organizational skills are required
Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously is required
Self-motivated and curious with interest in pursuing architectural licensure
Preferred
Degree from NAAB accredited program preferred
Familiarity with Photoshop and Enscape preferred
