Accounting Assistant
Oneida ESC Group is a holding company owned by the Oneida Nation of Wisconsin, providing management support to its family of companies. They are seeking a full-time Accounting Assistant to prepare invoices, manage accounts receivable, and support finance-related tasks in a hybrid work environment.

Responsibilities
Prepare and process client invoices for different contract types
Apply cash receipts to customer accounts and ensure accurate posting
Monitor accounts receivable and follow up with clients on outstanding balances
Maintain organized billing and collection records
Support other finance-related tasks as needed, including data entry and reporting
Qualification
Required
Education: Associate degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required)
Experience: 0–2 years in accounting or billing preferred; experience in government contracts a plus
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Suite, particularly Excel
Excellent communication skills
