Responsibilities

Develop and deliver intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) training that will transform national security

Construct courses that teach critical information and ISR tradecraft

Work with SMEs and instructors to capture customer’s training needs and advise them on the right learning solution

Design training material and performance support tools with the learner at the center of the training experience

Encourage team to use technical skills and creativity to develop an engaging, interactive learning experience

Recommend cutting-edge multimedia technologies and strategies to build a successful learning environment

Meet with intelligence SMEs and instructors to discuss learning material and incorporate feedback

Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies to ensure learning solution effectiveness

Share expertise through leadership and mentoring

Identify new opportunities to build solutions to customer’s learning needs

Required

Experience in intelligence collection and analysis

Experience briefing senior military and government officials

Associate's degree and 10+ years of experience developing and delivering training, or Bachelor's degree and 6+ years of experience developing and delivering training
