Go Hiya is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Client Service Assistant to join their dynamic team. In this pivotal role, you will be the first point of contact for clients and provide exceptional service to ensure their needs are met.

Responsibilities
Act as the first point of contact for clients, responding to inquiries promptly and professionally
Assist clients with account-related questions, providing accurate information and solutions
Coordinate communications between clients and internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Maintain and update client records, ensuring all information is accurate and current
Prepare and process client documentation as required, adhering to company protocols
Support the client onboarding process, helping new clients integrate smoothly into our services
Qualification
Required
High school diploma or equivalent
Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
Ability to multitask and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Preferred
associate or bachelor's degree
