Responsibilities

Develop and deliver intelligence, surveillance, and reconnaissance (ISR) training

Construct courses that teach critical information and ISR tradecraft

Capture customer’s training needs and advise on the right learning solution

Design training material and performance support tools

Encourage the team to use technical skills and creativity for training development

Recommend multimedia technologies and strategies for learning

Meet with intelligence SMEs and instructors to discuss learning material

Collect and analyze results using evaluation methodologies

Share expertise through leadership and mentoring

Identify new opportunities to build solutions for customer’s learning needs

Required

Experience in intelligence collection and analysis, ISR, tactical systems, or air operations center intelligence requirements

TS/SCI clearance

Bachelor's degree and 20+ years of experience developing and delivering training, or Master's degree and 15+ years of experience developing and delivering training
