Responsibilities
Manage and service complex accounts with premiums exceeding $100,000, including contractors, trucking, and generalist accounts
Handle accounts from start to finish ("soup to nuts") with minimal supervision
Quote new and renewal business with both standard and E&S nonstandard carriers
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships
Collaborate with team members and contribute to the overall success of the agency
Demonstrate leadership potential with the opportunity to grow into a department manager role
Complete assigned tasks efficiently and independently, ensuring high-quality results
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 7 years of experience in commercial lines insurance; 10+ years preferred
Proven ability to manage complex accounts and work with both standard and E&S nonstandard carriers
Strong knowledge of the insurance industry, including quoting and renewing business
Exceptional organizational and time-management skills
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
A track record of providing outstanding client service and building lasting relationships
Preferred
Experience with EPIC software is a plus but not required
