Senior Compensation Analyst

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and administer pay structures and programs that reflect organizational values and strategic priorities
Provide analysis and recommendations to support fair and consistent pay decisions for new hires, promotions, and internal movements
Prepare and maintain accurate job descriptions, ensuring correct FLSA classifications and consistent position leveling
Conduct job evaluations, market pricing, and benchmarking to ensure compensation programs remain fair, competitive, and sustainable
Perform pay parity analyses and recommend actions that advance fairness and transparency
Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders by turning complex analyses into clear, actionable insights that guide fair and consistent mission-aligned pay decisions
Collaborate with the head of Total Rewards to prepare reports and presentations communicating trends, insights, and recommendations, for executives and compensation committees. Communicate compensation philosophy and practices clearly to people leaders and employees to foster understanding and trust
Maintain accurate documentation and records for all compensation programs
Continuously assess and improve compensation programs to align with organizational goals and compliance requirements
Develop, maintain and organize documentation and accessible resources on systems (e.g. SharePoint) that help employees navigate Total Rewards programs
In collaboration with the Total Rewards leads, plan and evaluate programs supporting employees’ overall well-being, and align total rewards initiatives with organizational values and strategy. Perform other related duties as assigned

Required

Bachelor's degree; preferably in human resources, business administration, or related field
Minimum 8 years of relevant work experience (or equivalent combination of education and experience)
Proficiency in compensation analysis, including market data evaluation and job grading
Expertise with HRIS and data analysis tools for reporting, auditing, and documentation
Knowledge of applicable regulations and compliance standards
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage time, deadlines, and competing priorities effectively and efficiently
Collaborate and communicate effectively with employees, leadership, and external stakeholders, utilizing strong emotional intelligence
Proactively seek opportunities to enhance processes and outcomes
Deliver responsive and professional support to employees and management
Maintain confidentiality and demonstrate ethical decision-making
Promote fair and consistent practices and contribute to an inclusive workplace
