Responsibilities
Design and develop solutions specifically within the ServiceNow Privacy Management module to manage Data Subject Requests (DSR/DSAR), privacy impact assessments (PIAs), and data mapping
In-depth knowledge of global data protection laws like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA, and others relevant to the organization
Understanding of concepts like Privacy by Design, Data Processing Activities (DPA), Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)
Strong knowledge of Operational Resilience Principles, frameworks (e.g. NIST), and regulatory requirements (e.g. DORA, FCA/PRA for financial services)
Familiarity with related risk management concepts such as Risk Assessment, Controls, Policies, and Audit Management
Qualification
Required
5+ Years of experience
U.S. citizenship or permanent residency (Green Card holders)
Experience in ServiceNow Modules: Operational Resilience Management, Privacy Management, Policy, Risk and Compliance Management, Integrated Risk Management (IRM) / GRC suite, Business Continuity Management (BCM), CMDB/CSDM
Development skills in JavaScript, Glide API (GlideRecord, GlideSystem), HTML, CSS
Configuration skills in Business Rules, Client Scripts, UI Policies, UI Actions, Script Includes, ACLs
Automation skills in Flow Designer, Workflow Editor
Integration skills in REST/SOAP Web Services, Integration Hub, MID Server
Working experience in ServiceNow Privacy Management module
In-depth knowledge of global data protection laws like GDPR, CCPA, HIPAA
Understanding of Privacy by Design, Data Processing Activities (DPA), Records of Processing Activities (RoPA), and Data Subject Access Requests (DSAR)
Working experience in ServiceNow Operational Resilience Management module
