Responsibilities
Serve as the primary technology liaison with the client
Collaborate with the Global Client Manager and Director of Client Management to identify and implement solutions that support the global account strategy
Manage technology operations, including software, infrastructure, and cloud solutions across client regions
Coordinate internal teams and third-party vendors to ensure timely, high-quality delivery
Monitor technology performance, compliance, and service levels, addressing issues proactively
Drive innovation and adoption of best practices in service delivery
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science or related field
5-10 years of IT management or client-focused technology leadership experience
Travel industry experience
Proven ability to manage technology operations for single global client or enterprise account
Strong client relationship, communication and problem-solving skills
Experience collaborating with global account managers and managing multi-region technology projects
