Responsibilities

Provide Tier 1/2 technical support for any technical and/or functional breakdowns and system outages for Tuition Tool

Maintain all historical and current system documentation in Microsoft Azure for SAMRS and T2 database tables

Assist in creating technical documentation, including use-case scenarios, system change requests, requirements analysis, system guides, and policies

Support environment setup and changes within authorized Cloud One T2 boundaries

Support any technical taskers in support of NIST Risk Management Framework (RMF) such as database queries/audits, table reviews, or providing environmental evidence as needed

Assist the development team with technical tasks to support system maintenance and enhancements

Work with the QA engineer to create stored procedures and workflows for testing purposes

Assist with workflows that affect database table functionality and information tables

Perform weekly audit monitoring and logging for T2 using Azure configurations and tools

Provide weekly ad-hoc reporting and database queries

Maintain website documents and content displayed on the T2 application websites
