Service Now Technical Lead
Horizontal Talent is seeking a ServiceNow Technical Lead to oversee and manage key projects by bridging the gap between the onshore client team and offshore delivery team. This role will utilize technical expertise and leadership skills to ensure effective communication and project execution, while delivering high-quality ServiceNow solutions.

Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison for the onshore client team, ensuring effective communication and project execution
Coordinate with offshore teams to deliver seamless ServiceNow solutions, focusing on CMDB management and upgrades
Design and implement ServiceNow solutions, ensuring data accuracy and compliance with governance standards
Lead ServiceNow implementation and enhancement projects, delivering timely and high-quality outcomes
Build strong relationships with stakeholders and provide strategic guidance on best practices
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
Over 10 years of experience in ServiceNow development, implementation, and administration
Proficiency in scripting languages such as JavaScript and Glide scripting
Strong leadership and communication skills, with experience managing teams across multiple locations
Preferred
ServiceNow certifications such as Certified System Administrator (CSA) or Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS)
Experience with integration methods, including REST/SOAP APIs and MID Server configurations
Familiarity with ITIL standards and ServiceNow reporting and dashboard creation
