Responsibilities

Design and develop FlexPLM customizations, extensions, and system integrations
Write and maintain clean, efficient code using Java/JSP and related technologies
Troubleshoot, debug, and upgrade existing FlexPLM environments
Conduct gap analyses and support data migration and integration efforts
Analyze client data models; advise on data preparation and cleansing best practices
Independently install, configure, and integrate PLM software solutions
Collaborate with technical teams and stakeholders to deliver effective solutions
Support software testing, performance optimization, and ongoing system maintenance

Required

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience)
3+ years of technical experience with PTC FlexPLM (customizations, upgrades, integrations)
Strong programming background with Java/JSP (VB/VC++, Oracle, or similar experience is a plus)
Proven ability to develop, support, and maintain enterprise PLM software solutions
Experience with system upgrades, data migrations, and performance tuning
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage multiple technical projects
Excellent communication skills with a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
