Senior Associate Vice President for Development
The University of New Mexico Foundation is seeking an experienced and strategic Senior Associate Vice President for Development to oversee various development units and drive fundraising strategy. This role is crucial in advancing the university's mission and expanding philanthropic support through operational excellence and effective management of principal gift prospects.

Driving fundraising strategy and ensuring operational excellence across multiple development functions
Fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
Personally managing a portfolio of principal gift prospects
Qualification
Required
Baccalaureate degree from an accredited institution required; Masters Degree preferred
Eight (8) or more years related development experience
Six (6) or more years experience in major gift fundraising
Six (6) or more years experience in management
Experience in higher education or other non-profit organization
