Operations Coordination / Executive Assistant

G2 Capital Development is seeking a highly organized and proactive Operations Coordinator / Executive Assistant to support their executive team and ensure smooth operations within the organization. The role involves improving operational efficiency and managing administrative tasks while offering growth potential as responsibilities increase.

Responsibilities

Assist with accounts payable and receivable
Organize and track vendor invoices and documentation (including W-9s)
Support budgeting, expense tracking, and financial reporting
Coordinate with accounting partners (CPA/bookkeeper)
Assist with construction draw tracking and reimbursement documentation
Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems
Coordinate meetings, scheduling, and calendars for members of the executive team
Track renewals, deadlines, and compliance-related items
Support office operations, inventory, and supplies
Help identify and implement process improvements and efficiencies
Assist with property, vendor, and tenant communications
Help organize documentation for development and construction projects
Track project-related documents such as contracts, permits, and invoices
Support due diligence activities for acquisitions and development projects
Assist with assembling materials for lenders, inspectors, or agencies

Real estate license
Construction experience
Development experience
