Responsibilities
Supervise the performance of all turnover staff; control quality, efficiency and professionalism
Review, counsel & document turnover staff performance in accordance with company policy
Inspection of all turnover units and occupied units as necessary
Perform move-out inspections and submit billable items for processing on the SODA in accordance with established procedures and the VRLTA. Billable items are 100% supported
Identifies work needed in turnover units and determines and assigns make-ready and contractor schedules
Assures turnover supplies & parts are available or ordered
Completes all turnover paperwork, i.e. unit description, move-in/move-out inspection sheets, etc
Works closely with Marketing Manager to ensure market demand and turnover schedules are met
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Excellent communication skills
Professional, courteous and positive personality
Knowledge of apartment facilities management normally acquired by supervisory experience in facilities and or property management including one year on-site facilities management experience
EPA Certification for CFC's
Management & Supervisory duties
Plumbing and electrical experience
High School diploma plus 3 years of apartment maintenance experience
EPA Certification for CFC's
Preferred
Supervisory Experience
CPO Certification a plus
