Mid LevelS2 IT Group LLC is seeking an IT Business Analyst to support their HR initiatives. The role involves gathering requirements, participating in technical meetings, and overseeing the full cycle of Workday Implementation, among other responsibilities.

Responsibilities
Gather requirements (functional and non-functional) by using various techniques such as workshop facilitation, site visits, data, task and workflow analysis
Create, analyze use cases, user stories, functional specifications, diagrams, technical documentation to fulfill requirements given by HR and Business Stakeholders
Participate in technical meetings between various departments such as QA, DevOps and Vendor project related teams
Work through full cycle of Workday Implementation from discovery phase to Project planning, Design, Develop, Implement interfaces (Recruitment, Core HCM, Payroll, Compensation, Benefits, Talent & Performance)
Create custom reports, calculated fields and custom objects for desired reports by using appropriate data source, business objects using Report Writer tool
Maintain, edit Business Processes, Domain, Role and User based security as needed
Test data moved from Legacy Systems like Oracle EBS, My Micros, Infor, Ultipro, multiple third-party systems
Plan, coordinate, execute system and user acceptance testing
Execute CRP’s/FAT and UAT by business users
Log, view, access, follow up, close Service Requests (SRs) online
Conduct E-to-E System Integration Testing (SIT)
Identify knowledge gaps and opportunity for knowledge transfer/training
Qualification
Required
Master's in Business Administration or Equivalent
Any suitable combination of education, training or experience accepted
