This role involves collaborating with experienced designers to support client projects and aims to advance into a full Design Consultant role within approximately six months.

Responsibilities

Learn & Assist: Collaborate with experienced Design Consultants to support client projects, from space planning to product selection

Engage Clients: Professionally greet guests, answer design inquiries, and introduce them to our design services and consultants

Support Sales Activity: Input quotes and orders, assist in presentations, and handle smaller design transactions under management guidance

Stay Inspired: Keep up with design and color trends to offer fresh ideas to both clients and team members

Operations Support: Help maintain the Design Center’s merchandising standards and assist in daily administrative and customer service tasks

Prepare for Advancement: Build the foundation of client development, sales acumen, and design expertise necessary to transition into a Design Consultant role
