They are seeking upbeat and energetic individuals to join their Customer Interaction Center as Inbound and Outbound Customer Service Representatives, responsible for scheduling service appointments and enhancing customer experiences.

Responsibilities

Schedule service appointments for customers on behalf of car dealerships
Effectively communicate promotional incentives to the customers
Remind customers of missed appointments
Field customer questions regarding vehicle appointments
Record customer feedback professionally and accurately

Qualification

Customer service experienceCRM softwareProfessional telephone etiquetteMulti-taskingActive listening skills

Required

High School diploma or equivalent
Pass a background screen
Pass a drug screen
Ability to sit and work for multiple hours at a desk using computer
Must have the ability to speak clearly and use professional telephone etiquette
Type accurately and efficiently
Use active listening skills
Acknowledge and respond quickly during customer conversations
Solicit valuable customer feedback
Appropriately manage difficult customer situations
Multi-task between scheduling programs, call surveys, and customer conversations
Ability to work extended/flexible hours, including weekends, holidays, and evenings

Preferred

Former telemarketing, call center, or customer service experience
One year customer service experience
Experience with CRM software
