Lead the financial planning and analysis function, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis
Provide actionable insights to senior leadership to support strategic initiatives
Develop and maintain financial models to evaluate business performance and growth opportunities
Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reporting packages for executive review
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align financial goals with operational objectives
Utilize Onstream for reporting and analytics (highly desired)
Qualification
Required
6+ years of progressive finance experience, including FP&A responsibilities
Strong analytical and modeling skills with advanced Excel proficiency
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment
Preferred
Experience with OneStream is highly desired
Utilize Onstream for reporting and analytics (highly desired)
