Responsibilities
Work with YouTube's executive leadership to define, launch, and drive initiatives across our media, TV and music areas
Structure and execute initiatives by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses, and developing and communicating final recommendations
Lead cross-functional, global teams to develop compelling recommendations
Communicate findings to leadership and to the broader organization
Drive recommendations through implementation and results
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
13 years of experience in management consulting or other equivalent business strategy experience
Experience in analytics
Preferred
MBA, Master's degree or PhD in a Management, Technical or Engineering field
12 years of experience in consulting or corporate strategy in relevant industry (e.g., Internet or media)
Experience leading operational and initiatives
Ability to work with and present to executives and communicate with a technical management team
Excellent problem-solving skills and business judgment
