$15/hr - $15/hrOnline Labels Group is seeking a dependable, detail-oriented Packaging & Production Associate to assist in the final packaging of the finished product. This role involves working alongside machine operators and automated equipment to ensure that finished goods are properly packaged, labeled, scanned, and boxed for palletizing.

Responsibilities
Collect raw materials from bin locations to be used for work orders and return to bin after completion
Move and package finished product
Monitor the wrapping machine as it cuts and seals film using a heat tunnel
Confirm label accuracy and placement on finished product
Scanning finished product
Pack scanned products neatly into boxes according to packaging specifications
Stack boxes securely onto pallets or into storage bins
Maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Other duties as assigned
Qualification
Required
Dependable and detail-oriented
Ability to assist in the final packaging of the finished product
Ability to work alongside machine operators and automated equipment
Ability to collect raw materials from bin locations and return them after completion
Ability to move and package finished product
Ability to monitor the wrapping machine as it cuts and seals film using a heat tunnel
Ability to confirm label accuracy and placement on finished product
Ability to scan finished product
Ability to pack scanned products neatly into boxes according to packaging specifications
Ability to stack boxes securely onto pallets or into storage bins
Ability to maintain cleanliness and organization in the work area
Strong attention to detail
Team-oriented mindset
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
Ability to talk and hear
Ability to sit and use hands and fingers to handle or feel
Ability to stand, walk, reach with arms and hands, climb or balance, and to stoop, kneel, crouch, or crawl
Vision abilities required to perform this job include close vision
Ability to lift up to 45 lbs
