Sales Development Representative

Responsibilities
Research, identify, and qualify cardiology practices and health system opportunities that align with Chamber’s provider strategy
Execute high-volume outreach through calls, emails, and social channels — connecting with decision-makers and securing introductory meetings for Account Executives
Maintain clean, accurate records in the CRM to ensure pipeline visibility and performance tracking
Use data and creative tactics to test, learn, and refine lead-generation strategies
Develop micro-campaigns and targeted outreach sequences tailored to provider segments
Partner with Marketing to experiment with localized content, referral pathways, and event-based outreach
Share insights from the frontlines — what’s resonating, what’s changing — to inform Chamber’s go-to-market strategy
Work closely with Account Executives to ensure smooth lead hand-offs and consistent follow-up
Contribute to weekly pipeline reviews and forecast updates
Support team initiatives to improve conversion rates and accelerate deal velocity
Qualification
Required
2–5+ years in sales development, business development, or lead generation — ideally in healthcare or B2B SaaS
Proven ability to drive high outbound activity and deliver qualified opportunities to quota-carrying sellers
Excellent communication and research skills; comfortable engaging physicians, administrators, and executives
Creativity in sourcing and campaign execution — willing to test unconventional approaches
Fearless with the phone and persistent in follow-through
Organized, data-driven, and motivated by measurable progress
Passion for improving healthcare outcomes and making systems work better for physicians and patients
