Program Coordinator, Career and Technical Education (CTE) & Adult Education (AE) *Anticipated Vacancy*
Pasco County Schools is seeking a Program Coordinator for their Office of Career Technical and Adult Education to support innovative healthcare career pathways. The role involves coordinating contributions to the development of educational programs and managing work-based learning experiences for students.

Responsibilities
Serve as CTAE’s local liaison to Pasco County Schools and project partners
Coordinate CTAE workstreams related to the launch of healthcare career pathways at the designated high school
Assist with the design and coordination of work-based learning experiences for 9th and 10th grade students, including orientation, exposure activities, and early clinical skill-building experiences
Support planning for future expansion of work-based learning into additional grade levels
Assist with development and execution of Spring orientation for students accepted into the program
Plan and coordinate the Summer Infusion Program hosted in Pasco County
Attend in-person planning sessions, stakeholder meetings, and facility walk-throughs
Facilitate recurring project meetings, prepare agendas, track decisions, and maintain action items
Maintain project timelines, deliverables, and documentation to ensure alignment and readiness
Identify and mitigate risks or barriers, escalating appropriately
Represent AdventHealth professionally with district leaders, community partners, and internal stakeholders
Qualification
Required
Master's degree from an accredited institution
Three years of related professional experience
Any equivalent combination of education and experience which provides the required knowledge, skills, and abilities to perform the essential duties and responsibilities of the position
Certification or agreement to earn Administration of Adult Education, Educational Leadership, School Principal, Local Director of Vocational Education or equivalent
