Responsibilities
Consolidate standard weekly, monthly, quarterly financial reporting as well as reporting of operational data and KPIs
Communicate financial concepts to non-financial leaders in a clear and persuasive manner that is easy to understand and enables strategic decision-making
Support financial planning processes with business partners: Long-Range Plan (LRP), Annual Operating Plan (AOP), Quarterly Forecasting
Implement and improve performance-based metrics and collaborate with cross-functional teams on continuous improvement efforts
Ensure integrity of the program level general ledger and present conclusions on P&L performance, WBS accuracy, plan variances, and cost analysis
Consolidate department level budgets and performance; communicate risks and opportunities for consolidation into total company financial management
Support VP of Finance with ad-hoc analysis and strategic projects as needed
Qualification
Required
Minimum 8+ years of progressive finance experience
Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting; MBA / CFA / CPA preferred
Advanced / Master Excel skillset; ability to build best in-class financial models and analysis from scratch is required
ERP software experience required; experience with NetSuite and/or MES systems are preferred
Strong analytical and communication skills
The ability to obtain and maintain a U.S. government issued security clearance is required
U.S. Citizenship is required, as only U.S. Citizens are eligible for a security clearance
Preferred
Preference given to DoD/Aerospace experience especially as it relates to support of government programs
US government contract experience is a plus
