Senior Clinical Center Associate - Endoscopy
Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center is seeking a Senior Clinical Center Associate for their Endoscopy department. This role involves managing complex administrative tasks related to scheduling and serving as a liaison with IT, while also providing training and support to clinical staff.

Responsibilities
Performs highly confidential and complex administrative responsibilities as the Operating Room's systems coordinator, managing the Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) scheduling application and supporting the development, construction, and implementation of scheduling templates
Serves as the ambulatory liaison with IT to address and execute template modifications
Provides training and ongoing development for Clinical Center Associates (CCAs) and other clinical staff
Analyzes workflows to identify and implement process improvements that optimize billing protocols
Qualification
Required
Medical Office Assistant Associate's degree and the equivalent of four (4) years of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology
Associate's degree and the equivalent of five (5) years of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology
High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma, completion of an Roswell Park-approved Medical Assistant certificate program and the equivalent of five (5) year of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology
High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of six (6) years of full-time administrative support experience in a clinical setting requiring the use of medical terminology
High School diploma or High School Equivalency Diploma and the equivalent of five (5) year of full-time experience in customer service and successful completion of a Clinical Center Associate traineeship at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center (Roswell Park)
Required degrees must have been granted by an accredited school, college or university or one recognized by Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center as following acceptable educational practices
Preferred
Preferred candidates will hold an associate degree or higher and bring strong customer service experience, along with demonstrated timekeeping skills
Experience working in a hospital environment is highly valued, as is familiarity with surgical scheduling and medical terminology
A stable work history and proven reliability are also important attributes for success in this role
