Community Housing and Women's Programs Director
Outreach is a Christian community service organization dedicated to transforming lives in DuPage County, IL. They are seeking a Community Housing & Women’s Programs Director to oversee transitional housing programs, ensuring high standards of care and support for residents in their journey toward self-sufficiency.

Responsibilities
The Program Director will supervise all case managers, house parents, and interns working in the Jubilee Village 1 and Hawthorne House and ensure a positive, trauma-informed, and collaborative work environment
The Program Director will carry a small client load and provide oversight of community building and client focused cross-departmental collaboration
The Program Director will develop and provide initial and ongoing training programs for House Parents and staff in collaboration with the Director of Transitional Housing
The Program Director will collaborate with the Director of Transitional Housing on developing and implementing program policies and setting goals and measures for the program
The Program Director will oversee proper maintenance, repairs, and apartment setup of Jubilee Village I and Hawthorne House and the role of house parents
The Program Director will ensure adherence to grant requirements, including ensuring high quality life skills programming is provided and residents are moving toward self-sufficiency
The Program Director will provide coordination and support to on site volunteers in collaboration with the Volunteer Services Department
Some evenings required. Rotating after-hours on-call availability is a must to respond to transitional housing crises or provide support to house parents
Qualification
Required
MA in Counseling or Social Work with at least 2 years of direct services required
Clinical Licensure, LCSW or LCPC, or equivalent licensure
At least 2 years of experience with program administration and staff supervision
Passion for guiding young women to envision a successful future
Demonstrated success in transitional housing programs
Resilient, active listener, self-starter, builder and initiator
Experience working with marginalized populations and developing effective relationships with participants and outside service providers
Demonstrated leadership and team management
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
