Growth Opportunities

Responsibilities

Work with internal account management team members to identify customers with expressed interest in recruiting services

Prospect to identify businesses outside of AMG’s customer base to provide recruitment services

Maintain activity levels within the Compensation document to ensure activity metrics are met to meet or exceed the monthly sales goal

Communicate with the Sr. Director of Recruitment Sales as well as the VP of Talent Acquisition to enhance internal process that lead to milestones and goals being met

Conduct sales presentations/meetings with prospective buyers

Secure recruitment contracts and work with accounting to ensure monies are billed as well as collected in a timely manner

Log activities as well as document communication with prospective buyers within Salesforce
