They are seeking an Estate Administration Partner to lead the Estate Administration department and manage complex estate matters while contributing to business development and maintaining client relationships.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Estate Administration department, including team oversight and strategic development
Manage caseload of complex and high-net-worth estate matters
Provide technical guidance and mentoring to junior and mid-level team members
Actively contribute to business development, networking, and the firm’s growth strategy
Maintain excellent client relationships and uphold the firm’s high standards or service and professionalism

Qualification

Estate administration experienceTax legislation knowledgeProbate legislation knowledgeTeam management experienceInterpersonal skills

Required

7+ years of experience in estate administration, probate, and related private client work, ideally gained within a law firm
Strong working knowledge of relevant tax, trusts, and probate legislation
Prior experience in supervising or managing junior team members, with a demonstrable ability to lead and inspire a plus
Excellent interpersonal skills with a commitment to client service and relationship building
