Responsibilities
Perform analysis, solutioning, documentation, and support for ongoing production issues related to SEC Compliance Regulatory Reporting and Filing processes
Support enhancements and quarterly/annual reporting processes, including data mapping, validation, and cleansing
Provide post-production data issue resolution and technical support
Work on multiple modules, including Signal, Form PF (Consensus), Symphony Data Warehouse, and LevFin
Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to ensure timely and accurate reporting
Engage with clients on a day-to-day basis to understand requirements, provide solutions, and maintain effective communication
Qualification
Required
Minimum of 8+ years of experience as a Data Analyst
Strong knowledge of SEC Compliance Regulatory Reporting processes, including Large Shareholder Disclosure, 13G, 13F2 SHO, and Form PF
Proficiency in ETL tools (Datastage preferred but open to others)
Advanced SQL skills (Snowflake, SQL Server, Oracle SQL/PL SQL – any of these)
Experience with data analysis tasks such as data cleansing, validation, mapping, and solutioning
Hands-on experience with regulatory reporting vendor tools like Confluence Signal and Confluence Consensus
Familiarity with Autosys, AWS, and other data processing platforms
Knowledge of Agile delivery methodologies and tools, including Confluence, JIRA, SharePoint, and ServiceNow
Domain expertise in Investment Banking, Asset Management, or Compliance Regulatory Reporting is mandatory
Preferred
