Responsibilities
Supervise the field technicians in the execution of the TS/PAS work scope as it relates to Safety, Quality, and Schedule
Participating in Pre and Post outage meetings, Rapid Risk Assessments, and After-Action Reviews
Supports Turbine Services tooling improvements/development
Support Turbine Services back-office Project Engineers with preplanning, FP/FIP/FRP review and rewrites during the off-peak season
Qualification
Required
Knowledge and understanding of Turbine Services capabilities and product offerings
You will be responsible for outage execution within the organization working under the site PM or potentially directly with the customer
Indirectly managing internal and external resources to support outage demands
Strong interpersonal skills and efficient with Outlook, Word, Excel, and internet navigation
75% travel required
Applicants must be legally authorized for employment in the United States without need for current or future employer-sponsored work authorization
Preferred
Associates Degree in a related discipline preferred and 5+ years of service
