Field Sales Representative - Cannabis Industry
Verdant Cultivation Inc is a minority owned and operated cannabis company focused on quality craft cannabis. The Field Sales Representative will be responsible for building relationships with dispensaries, educating retail staff, and driving sales through product placement and promotions.

Responsibilities
Visit dispensaries and retail accounts on a regular schedule to build relationships
Encourage dispensaries to place and grow their orders with us by analyzing retail sales and inventory data
Educate budtenders and retail staff on product features, benefits, and brand story
Execute in-store promotions and events to drive sell-through
Ensure product displays, signage, and marketing materials are up to brand standards
Collect market intelligence and report competitor activity and customer feedback
Meet or exceed sales goals and performance metrics
Participate in industry and community events to build networks and grow sales
Qualification
Required
Must be a people-person who excels in relationship-building
1–2 years of sales, retail, or customer service experience (cannabis or CPG experience a plus)
Must have a valid driver's license and vehicle that can be used for frequent travel within Maryland
Comfortable with field-based work & using and learning new technology
Excellent communication and organization skills
Self-motivated and able to work independently
Must meet all state requirements for working in the cannabis industry, including age and background checks
