Responsibilities
Lead and execute business valuation engagements for litigation support, including economic damages, M&A, shareholder disputes, and estate planning
Provide expert testimony and defensible valuation reports that stand up to scrutiny
Collaborate with attorneys, business owners, and advisors to frame valuation issues strategically
Mentor and develop junior valuation professionals
Contribute to thought leadership and business development in the valuation space
Qualification
Required
CPA/ABV, CVA, MBA or equivalent credentials
10+ years of experience in business valuation, financial advisory, or litigation support
Proven track record of managing complex valuation projects and delivering high-impact insights
Strong communication skills and ability to present findings to diverse stakeholders
Revenue Generation: $500k+
Preferred
Experience as a testifying expert is a plus
