CMMS Administrator

As a CMMS Administrator, you will manage the Computerised Maintenance Management System (CMMS), ensuring operational excellence and compliance with GMP standards while collaborating across departments to support maintenance activities.

Responsibilities
Serve as the CMMS Subject Matter Expert for the Philadelphia site, delivering system training to new users
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure data integrity and user support
Provide administrative and development support for asset management aligned with site objectives
Execute System Administrator responsibilities, including configuration, user management, licences, and picklists
Coordinate calibration and maintenance schedules across multiple departments
Acquire and process vendor quotes for calibration and maintenance activities
Manage SOPs and Work Instructions related to CMMS
Schedule external contractors for preventive maintenance and calibration across Facilities, Manufacturing, and QC
Support Continuous Improvement (CI) projects related to CMMS
Qualification
Required
High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, etc.)
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment
Experience within GMP-regulated environments, ISO 9002, or other regulated industries with defined quality systems (e.g., nuclear, cosmetics)
Preferred
5–7 years' experience with Blue Mountain RAM or similar CMMS platforms
