Evaluation of the right way to market by region and customer, distributor and agent

Ensure team cohesiveness: Team members with high levels of trust and openness, who are highly accountable and committed to team results as part of the leadership team and for the team you lead
Developing and implementing the sales plans
Developing a robust key account strategy to serve our customers
Setting and managing sales targets and goals for the team
Motivating sales team to achieve or exceed sales targets and revenue goals
Communicating sales numbers to stakeholders
Maintaining positive relationships with top accounts
Participating in high level sales negotiations when needed
