Responsibilities
Pipeline Generation: Proactively identify and engage with C-level stakeholders and Operations Directors within the logistics and manufacturing sectors
Consultative Selling: Conduct site surveys and discovery sessions to understand complex warehouse workflows
Solution Design: Collaborate with the engineering and systems teams to propose tailored AMR/AGV deployments
Full Sales Cycle Management: From initial outreach and technical presentations to contract negotiation and closing
Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of industry trends, competitor movements, and emerging automation technologies
Qualification
Required
Proven track record in business development within Warehouse Automation, Robotics, or Material Handling
Deep understanding of AMR and AGV technologies (navigation types, payload capabilities, and software integration)
You enjoy the thrill of the chase and have a history of exceeding multi-million dollar annual quotas
Ability to interpret warehouse layouts (CAD) and discuss WMS/WES integration at a high level
A natural ability to navigate complex stakeholder maps and build long-term trust
