They are seeking a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) with a proven track record in the web3 space to develop and execute a winning marketing strategy, grow the community, and position the company for success during its Token Generation Event (TGE).

Responsibilities

Develop and implement a comprehensive marketing strategy across all social platforms to increase brand awareness and drive growth
Manage and oversee the community management team, ensuring active engagement and growth of the Silencio community
Create and execute marketing campaigns that resonate with our target audience and differentiate our brand in the market
Collaborate with the executive team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and ensure successful pre-TGE, TGE, and post-TGE phases
Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including developers, partners, and influencers within the web3 ecosystem
Monitor and analyze marketing performance metrics to optimize campaigns and drive continuous improvement
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices to innovate and enhance our marketing efforts

Required

Proven track record in delivering and implementing successful marketing strategies in the web3 space
Minimum of 4+ years of experience working in the web3/crypto industry
Strong proficiency in English, C1/C2
Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a distributed team
Data-driven mindset with the ability to set and track KPIs effectively
Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and community building
Experience with blockchain technology and decentralized applications
Experience accompanying a web3 startup through pre-TGE, TGE, and post-TGE stages
