Responsibilities
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and other engineers to deliver new user-facing product features and enhance existing ones
Build and maintain high-quality, scalable, and reliable backend services that power our customer-facing identity management applications
Own and be accountable for multiple product components, from initial concept and design through implementation, testing, and deployment
Contribute to frontend development as needed, ensuring a cohesive and intuitive user experience for IT administrators
Actively participate in code reviews, technical discussions, and mentorship opportunities to grow your skills and contribute to the team's success
Qualification
Required
3+ years of professional software engineering experience in a production environment
Strong backend development experience, with a solid understanding of API design and how backend services support user interfaces
Experience working in a fast-paced, product-focused environment
Passion for building customer-centric products
Preferred
Prior experience with our stack (Python, Django, Go, React, MongoDB, and AWS) is a plus
