Responsibilities

Design, implement, and integrate a standardized, framework for tracking commercial commitments across various agreement types to business approvals, ensuring real-time visibility for stakeholders and establishing audit-ready documentation for post-launch compliance verification
Partner with technical and delivery teams to define, document, and standardize business processes for new product, agreement types and commercial structures
Identify operational gaps and bottlenecks in existing processes when applied to new product areas and develop solutions to ensure efficient, compliant, and scalable commercialization
Work with cross-functional teams to aggregate and synthesize commercial and operational data, architect and maintain a centralized Cost Library for accurate unit cost breakdowns
Translate defined commercial processes and commitment tracking needs into clear requirements for the internal tooling team, then collaborate to design, configure, test, and deploy system customizations and enhancements that support new commercial workflows

Required

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
5 years of experience in program or project management
3 years of experience in cost benchmarking, contract management, commercial agreements, account management, expense management, financial analysis, and invoicing policies

Preferred

5 years of experience managing cross-functional or cross-team projects
Ability to think globally and strategically, influence change across a technical organization, navigate priorities/needs, and deliver solutions
Ability to build relationships and work well within the team, as well as with cross-functional teams (e.g., Global Networking Negotiators, Technical Project Managers, Finance, Accounting, etc.)
