This role supports buy-side and sell-side financial due diligence engagements for healthcare payors and providers and offers meaningful exposure across the full deal lifecycle.

Responsibilities
Analyzing financial statements, cash flows, and operational data
Assessing quality of earnings, net assets, and working capital
Preparing deal-oriented reports and client presentations
Participating in client and management meetings
Collaborating with cross-functional healthcare advisory teams
Supporting ongoing client relationships and business development efforts
Qualification
Required
Bachelor's or master's degree in Accounting or Business Administration
3–5 years of audit and/or financial due diligence experience (with at least one year in FDD)
Prior exposure to healthcare clients
Strong working knowledge of US GAAP
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
