They are seeking a detail-focused Integrated Project Team Lead - Senior Engineer to support the Compressor Static Hardware Team, overseeing operations and technical execution for hardware tasks and managing project goals.

Responsibilities

Lead operations and technical execution for Fan and HPC Module hardware tasks

Coordinate and manage Integrated Product Teams (IPTs) to fulfill project goals

Oversee budgeting and planning for hardware tasks and initiatives

Present project status and technical updates to internal and external leadership

Address quality issues and drive product improvements through change initiatives and risk mitigation

Travel up to 25% (domestic and International)

Required

Bachelor of Science degree in Engineering and 5 years of engineering experience, or an Advanced degree and 3 years of engineering experience

U.S. Citizen - U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract

Preferred

A Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering, or an Advanced Engineering degree, or an MBA

Experience working in the Aerospace Industry and jet engines

Previous gas turbine compressor experience

Working proficiency with MS Office, Teamcenter, SAP, MS Project, or other scheduling software
